Before this project, their lead generation was fragmented—coming from roadshows across Slovenia, referrals, personal contacts, networking, events, and the CEO’s organic LinkedIn presence.
While channels existed and delivered results, they operated independently. There was no central, measurable funnel that could be repeated and optimized.
The goal was to build a measurable and repeatable system for generating qualified B2B leads for high-ticket programs (Diagnostika, Scale, and Grow).

Združenje Manager: Cold outreach that works: 28% open rate in a B2B campaign

For Združenje Manager, we built a comprehensive email system for the Managers’ Congress 2025, including database building and validation, precise segmentation, and a structured campaign sequence. The focus was on high deliverability, relevant content, and measurable performance.
The campaign reached 21,757 sent emails with an average open rate of 28%, which is an above-average result in the Slovenian B2B space. At the same time, the project established a strong foundation for long-term email strategy, further segmentation, and reliable communication with the association’s audience.

Domenca approached us after being dissatisfied with the results of their previous agency. Our goal was to improve B2C sales performance while simultaneously building a structured marketing support system for B2B services and new programs.
Through optimization of advertising channels, a strong focus on Meta advertising, and the introduction of video creatives, we achieved 32% sales growth compared to the same period the previous year. The project also delivered a record-breaking Black Friday campaign and the most successful December in B2C sales, while laying a solid foundation for future growth in the B2B segment.
