Before this project, their lead generation was fragmented—coming from roadshows across Slovenia, referrals, personal contacts, networking, events, and the CEO’s organic LinkedIn presence.
While channels existed and delivered results, they operated independently. There was no central, measurable funnel that could be repeated and optimized.
