Domenca is an established provider of domains, hosting, and digital services operating in a highly competitive market. Despite strong brand recognition and a wide service offering, the company was not satisfied with the performance of its previous agency - particularly in B2C sales - while also aiming to strengthen the marketing of new B2B services and programs.
Our role was to reassess existing marketing activities, improve sales efficiency, and build a more structured system that supports both B2C and B2B objectives.
Before the collaboration, Domenca faced several challenges:
- B2C advertising was underperforming
- Strong reliance on Google Ads, while Meta was underutilized
- Ad creatives were mostly static and less effective
- B2B services and new programs lacked clear marketing support
- Campaign results were inconsistent and unpredictable
The company needed a partner who understands the difference between B2C and B2B - and knows how to connect both into a cohesive system.
Based on these challenges, we defined clear goals:
- Improve B2C sales efficiency
- Increase overall revenue
- Strengthen presence on Meta channels
- Support the launch and growth of B2B services
- Achieve more predictable and measurable results
We approached the project holistically. Instead of making isolated fixes, we focused on the bigger picture:
- OPTIMIZATION OF ADVERTISING CHANNELS (Google + Meta)
- CREATIVE STRATEGY UPGRADE with a strong shift toward video content
- CLEAR SEPARATION OF B2C AND B2B COMMUNICATION
- MARKETING SUPPORT ALIGNED WITH SALES ACTIVITIES
The goal was not a short-term boost - but stable growth and long-term efficiency.
Our analysis revealed that Meta represented the biggest untapped opportunity. We therefore:
- Increased the budget for Meta advertising
- Launched new campaigns with clearly defined objectives
- Shifted from static creatives to video content
- Introduced regular creative refresh cycles to maintain performance
Video creatives allowed us to address potential customers from multiple angles - from functional benefits to real-life use cases.
On the B2C side, we focused on the strongest-performing campaigns and key sales periods. This approach proved especially effective during major campaigns, where results improved significantly.
At the same time, we began building systematic marketing support for B2B services:
- Clearer communication of the offering
- Increased visibility of new programs
Stronger foundation for future sales activities

Through strategic changes and optimized execution, we achieved measurable results:
- +32% sales growth year-over-year
- Record-breaking Black Friday performance (B2C)
- Best December in B2C sales history
- More stable and predictable advertising performance
- Foundations established for long-term B2B growth
This Domenca case study shows that for established brands, growth often comes not from more campaigns - but from better channel allocation, stronger creatives, and a clear strategy.
By optimizing B2C sales while simultaneously building support for B2B services, we helped Domenca achieve measurable growth and create a stable foundation for future development and expansion of digital services.
