GEONEP

Under its VodiNep brand, GEONEP helps property owners with building legalization, occupancy permits, real estate records and other complex procedures.

Our task was to increase awareness of their services, reach property owners who need professional help, and bring them into the sales process through a free webinar.

CHALLENGE:

Building legalization, occupancy permits, real estate records… at first glance, not exactly topics you would call attractive from a marketing perspective. We had only two weeks for promotion, and the website was not ready to collect registrations effectively.

  • Time: we had only 14 days of active webinar advertising, which left little room for testing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Limited advertising budget: every euro invested had to be spent as efficiently as possible.
  • A website that was not properly optimized. Before the launch, we had to fix technical shortcomings, get everything working properly, and set up a reliable sales process and proper results tracking.
  • A complex topic that had to be presented in an understandable and engaging way.
GOALS:

Our main goal was to reach as many property owners as possible in an extremely short time and encourage them to register for the expert webinar.

We also set the following goals:

  • Increase the company's visibility
  • Generate as many quality registrations as possible on a limited budget
  • Technically fix and optimize the website for effective lead generation
  • Set up a simple and reliable registration process
  • Build a database of potential customers for further marketing and sales activities
STRATEGY:
  • Marketing strategy and campaign preparation

We started by defining the target audience and the key problems property owners face. We built the messaging around specific questions about building legalization, occupancy permits and sorting out real estate documentation.

Instead of promoting the webinar in general terms, we put the focus on the problems the target audience wants to solve and the concrete benefits of attending.

On this basis, we prepared the ad messaging and designed the entire user journey, from first contact to registration.

  • Meta advertising: getting the most out of a limited budget

We had only 14 days for promotion, so we focused the advertising on generating registrations rather than just reach or website traffic.

We created ad creatives with different angles that highlighted the current problems of property owners and directed them to a dedicated landing page.

Throughout the campaign, we monitored ad performance and shifted the available budget to the activities that delivered the best results.

  • Landing page: the shortest path from interest to registration

We built a dedicated landing page designed to guide visitors effectively toward registering for the webinar.

With a clear presentation of the content, visible calls to action and a simple registration form, we created a clear user journey with no unnecessary obstacles.

  • Technical optimization: we also fixed what users don't see

The existing website was not properly optimized for running the campaign, so alongside preparing the promotion we also had to fix its technical shortcomings.

We reviewed how the website worked, fixed errors, adjusted the server settings and carried out the necessary security and technical improvements.

We also updated the content and made sure the registration process worked properly.

This ensured that the advertising investment would not be lost to technical problems or a poor user experience.

  • Email marketing: extra support for promotion and communication

We complemented Meta advertising with email marketing, which served as an additional channel for promoting the webinar.

At the same time, we set up communication with registrants so that they received all the necessary event information after signing up.

This connected lead generation with follow-up communication and laid the groundwork for nurturing these contacts after the webinar.

  • Analytics and tracking: from guesswork to data

We set up web analytics and tracking that made it possible to monitor website traffic and registrations.

This gave us a basis for assessing campaign performance, optimizing activities and planning future promotions.

RESULTS:

940 registrations for an expert webinar in just 10 days.

Despite the short timeframe, limited budget and initial technical challenges, we achieved an outstanding result. In addition to the large number of registrations, we also laid important foundations for the client's further growth:

  • We technically improved the website and optimized the registration process.
  • We connected all marketing channels and web analytics into a single working system.
  • We laid the groundwork for generating further inquiries and running future campaigns.
CONCLUSION:

900+ registrations. 10 days of advertising. Limited budget.

The GEONEP campaign shows how important it is for all elements of digital marketing to work together.

Success did not depend on the ads alone, but on the entire user journey.

And 900+ registrations are just the beginning.

In the next phase, we will turn this interest into concrete inquiries and bookings for professional property reviews. We will continue optimizing the website, email communication and advertising activities, including through Google Ads.

Our goal remains clear: turn the attention we have gained into long-term business value for the client.
